Rising next to Detroit Shipping Company, Complex@444 is a 21,900-square-foot mixed retail and self-check hotel. The ground floor will offer micro-retail spaces, with a cafe and bakery anchoring the space. The remaining floors will be a 30-room boutique, self-check hotel featuring a 4,500-square-foot rooftop deck.
In addition, Complex@444 will be connected to Detroit Shipping Company, a restaurant collective and beer hall. This offers a combined unique retail/office/food and drink complex – where each of the businesses can benefit from the existence of the others.
